Paid Media Specialist

Fast Web Media is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our Search team based in our head office in Manchester city centre.

Reporting to the Head of Search you will be responsible for managing the paid media channels for clients which includes paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and optimising campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & Snapchat
  • Day to day optimisation of paid campaigns, and setup of new campaigns, creating and delivering paid strategies that will result in hitting or exceeding set paid targets
  • Participating in and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions, to ensure ongoing optimisation of the click through and conversion rates across all paid channels
  • Keyword research using various keyword tools as part of ongoing optimisation of keywords to ensure targets are being
  • Setting up and maintaining tracking across all paid platforms. This includes setting up Goals in Google Analytics and tracking in Google Tag Manager to ensure consistent and accurate tracking for all channel
  • Developing & maintaining client relationships, requiring travelling to client meetings
  • Liaising with the client directly understanding changing client requirements and reporting on paid campaign performance regularly

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of driving brand growth & revenue through paid media activity
  • Experience in improving performance through optimising paid media campaigns
  • Google Shopping setup, management and feed optimisation
  • Advanced keyword research skills and bidding strategy development
  • Confident in writing paid media proposals
  • Experienced in creating campaign performance reports and analysing reports.
  • Confident in presenting proposals & reports to clients via phone or face to face
  • At least two years’ Paid Media Specialist experience in an agency
  • A passion to develop yourself and learn about digital
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of team
  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Works well under pressure and to deadlines

Desirable

  • Comfortable with Google Analytics and/or third-party analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in Display advertising
  • Experience in using advertising automation platforms
